The EU4LEM project, launched on 1 September 2025, supports Montenegro in strengthening its capacity to combat serious and organised crime. Led by the Italian Ministry of the Interior with the Slovenian Ministry of the Interior as implementing partner, the project focuses on enhancing police and justice systems, addressing drug trafficking, financial crime, money laundering, forgery, and advanced investigative techniques.
